Your First Visit

Dr. Athar’s top goal during an initial appointment is to gain a complete understanding of the patient’s specific needs and goals. A clinical evaluation, detailed photographs, and comprehensive X-rays are used to gather this information. If we determine that treatment would be beneficial, Dr. Athar will go over his recommendations with the patient (or the patient’s parent), taking the time to review estimated cost and available financial options as well.

Our team members will also be happy to show patients and their families around the office and introduce them to everyone during the first visit! We want you to feel comfortable with us, and establishing a friendly relationship by the end of the appointment is always our goal.

Our knowledgeable team understands this system very well, and they’ll be happy to clarify any points of confusion with you so that the financial aspects of your treatment are never unpleasant surprises.

Braces are a big commitment, both in terms of time and cost. That’s why Dr. Athar is happy to offer flexible financing right here in-office! Instead of having to pay all at once, we can simplify your final bill into smaller sections that span over two years. There is no interest attached for added convenience.
