Community Involvement

The North Texas area is an amazing place to live and raise a family, and Dr. Athar is proud to help his neighbors achieve healthier, happier smiles everyday through focused orthodontic care. He also enjoys inspiring new reasons to smile out in the local community through donations, volunteer work, and much more. Here are just some of the good causes that he and his team have gotten involved with in the past:

• We’ve served food to the homeless alongside the Salvation Army.
• We’ve participated in the JDRF One Walk, which is a fun, family-friendly event where people walk to raise money for those suffering from Type 1 Diabetes and work towards making a world without this disease a reality.
• We’ve taught kids about the importance of taking care of teeth at several local schools, including Good Tree Academy in Plano.
